What We Do
Outlier combines experienced energy program development and asset management services with a diverse catalog of generation, renewable fuel technologies, carbon management tools and financing solutions to provide a full range of energy development services for our clients.
Outlier can provide full asset management services, project development services or integrate with the client's engineering teams to provide narrow, deep expertise in energy generation to complement an existing development team's strengths. Each solution is customized for each facility or portfolio, driven by the financial returns each project produces and the operational metrics and performance that each facility or program requires.
Finally, we leave the each site better than we found it by capturing and sequestering the carbon our systems generate, ensuring a cleaner and better world than legacy technologies and providers are inclined to deliver.
Multigreen PRoperties
Client Description
Multigreen Properties is the premier multifamily developer in the Southwest, with a focus on providing tech-enabled attainable housing in growing markets. Multigreen's program is targeting 40,000 doors from Texas to Nevada by 2030.
Program Description
Outlier is providing project development, project finance and ongoing operations & maintenance for the microgrids that will be powering these multifamily developments. Over 100 MW of on-site generation will be deployed with energy storage to provide low-cost, highly reliable, Net-Zero power for Multigreen's tenants.

Client Description
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is one of the largest property owners in the United States. With religious, educational, textile, agricultural, and charitable facilities across the nation, The Church requires a technology-agnostic, flexible approach for solutions that yield sustainable results across their portfolio.
Program Description
Outlier has worked closely with The Church since 2016, developing custom solutions for each facility we have analyzed. Our solutions have included combined heat and power, linear generation, fuel cells, carbon capture, renewable gas production and utility sourcing.
Hart Dairy
Client Description
Hart Dairy is the only dairy in the United States with cows who are Pasture-Raised and Grass-Fed, 365 Days of the year. This is better for you, the cows and the planet. Hart is building a custom manufacturing facility in Waynesboro, Georgia, close to their farms to better deliver their milk to your table.
Program Description
Outlier is providing a combined heat and power solution for Hart Dairy which will lower the energy costs and environmental footprint for their manufacturing facility. This solution will be provided using an Energy Services Contract, in which the system will be provided for Hart's use "As a Service".
